A garden bar of your own.
Ian builds garden bars as well as living rooms. The difference is mostly in the services: a counter at the right height, a fridge and glass washer on their own circuits, water and waste if you want a sink, and lighting that can be turned down as the evening goes on.
Decide early whether the bar opens fully to the garden or stays enclosed for year-round use. The doors, any covered deck and where the counter sits all follow from that choice, and so does the heating.
