Website terms

Information on this website

This website introduces Ian Garden Rooms and shows photographs of completed work. Each garden and project is different. Photographs illustrate the work shown and do not promise a particular specification for another project.

Project discussions

Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a building contract. The scope, specification, price, timing and terms for a project must be agreed separately with Ian.

Any planning, regulatory or technical requirements should be checked for your property and intended use before work is agreed. General website information is not a site-specific assessment.

Photographs and content

Please contact Ian before copying or reusing photographs or other content from this website. You are welcome to share links to the pages.
